Your relationship is the most valuable asset you have… and it will inevitably encounter challenges.

What gets you through the tough times? What brings you back when you have grown distant? What guides you when life throws curveballs or even simple day to day issues have you at odds?

You’ll learn eight spiritual skills that are also amazing for your relationship, and you’ll learn simply by going on the Soul Of The Couple adventures with the benefits described on this page.

Best of all, you don’t have to work hard at the skills - you’ll naturally put them in action by using the Adventure Spirituality Card Deck. Pick cards from the deck as each adventure unfolds and they will guide you to have a different experience every time.

Format Option #1: Just The Two Of You

The two of you watch a video where I'll teach you how to use your Adventure Spirituality card deck (which I'll send to you in the mail), then you create and go on an adventure, picking from the card deck to unfold the adventure step by step.

After your first adventure, we'll meet on video (scheduled whenever works for you) to tell me how it went and I’ll give guidance & tips. You’ll use an app in the following month to leave me quick video messages about how your second adventure went, and I'll leave messages back. From there, you’ll be experts at doing Adventure Spirituality on your own!

Format Option #2: Group Meetings

Some of you particularly love the idea of meeting with other like-spirited couples to share experiences and insights from your adventures while learning Adventure Spirituality.

I'll put together groups of couples based on your schedules and when you can meet, then you'll do the same process as in Option 1, except we'll meet twice on video and those sessions will be group sessions. 

Unexpected, Exciting Locations & Activities

Your adventure locations will be in places that inspire a sense of connectedness to something larger than yourselves, and there will be something about each adventure that is new and exciting to you.

I will teach you to identify what works and it is different for every couple. For example, adventures with my husband have been in nature, but also at a punk rock show, a shooting range, on a big open highway, at a fabric store and in our own backyard :)
