DREAM POINT PHOTO DIRECTIONS

PARKING LOT:

The little parking area by the outhouse building. This little parking area is on the left just before the Artist Point parking lot.

SENSORY TRAIL:

Take the trail to the right of the outhouse, which will take you through this sensory trail area…

INTERSECTION WITH SIGNPOST:

After you come out of the sensory trail, you’ll be at this crossroads, and the next photo shows the trail signpost at the crossroads…

SIDE TRAIL UP INTO FOREST:

Soon after that signpost you’ll see this little side trail off to the right which will take you up a hill into the forest…

Keep going up the side trail into the forest…

BIG ROCKS:

Take the trail through the forest until you get to these huge rocks. Go through the huge rocks. This shot is as if the photographer is photographing you from the front as you head through the rocks with the forest trail that you just walked behind you…

MEADOW INTERSECTION:

After the big rocks, you’ll come to this crossroads. Keep going straight in the direction that this couple is going…

FLAT ROCKS:

After you keep straight through the crossroads, you’ll go through some meadow and the trail will take you through some trees and these flat rocks. See how the path tees into the trail that you could go right or left? Take the path LEFT.

SIDE TRAIL TO DREAM POINT:

Next is the one piece of directions I don’t have a photo of: After you go LEFT on this trail in the photo above, there will be an option pretty quickly to go right onto a side trail.

After you take the side trail to the right, you’ll go through a tiny bit of meadow and head into this little patch of forest and at that point the trail will go somewhat steeply down - see the next photo…

STEEP SCRAMBLE DOWNHILL:

Here’s where the trail goes steeply down. When you get to the bottom, Dream Point will be on your right behind some big boulders…

BIG DREAM POINT ROCKS TO “CLIMB OVER”:

Here’s what it looks like to the right at the bottom of the steep section. This couple is leaving Dream Point whereas you’ll be going to where they just came from. Dream Point is on the other side of these rocks!
