www.Durango.org. Durango is GORGEOUS! So much so that I spend part of my year officiating elopements with a team here in addition to Boulder. It's in the southwestern part of Colorado in the San Juan Mountains and if you want spectacular mountain views for your ceremony and photos, this is a perfect spot. There are all of the quintessential Colorado things to do here - beautiful hiking, epic skiing, super cool craft breweries, scenic mountain byways, the Four Corners area with Mesa Verde National Park, plus there's a historic steam engine train you can ride through the peaks and valleys, and the town of Durango itself has tons of great restaurants, shops and a classic Colorado mountain town vibe.
