I have been officiating at Della Terra for over a decade, and for countless couples. I can honestly say that it’s my favorite venue in all of Colorado. The gorgeous land, the amazing staff, the beautiful ceremony spot. And the fact that there’s always a chance that a wild turkey will walk across the path as you’re making your way down from the gazebo to your ceremony. It doesn’t get more Colorado than that ;)

Because I love Della Terra so much, I give Wedgewood couples a special rate for a special kind of ceremony with me. You can read all about it below…

Simple Beautiful Ceremony for Wedgewood Couples - How It Works:

Only Wedgewood couples have access to my Simple Beautiful Ceremony option…

Meet & Greet: When you book my officiant services through Wedgewood, we’ll have a sweet half-hour meeting to get to know each other, plus I’ll onboard you into my online portal where you’ll find prep documents that we’ll use to create your ceremony.

Officiant Team: Depending on scheduling availability, I’ll assign you to either myself or one of my officiants on my Officiant Team to officiate on the day-of. My officiants are amazing ceremony facilitators, plus have very similar personalities to me, so if you like my website, you’ll like any of my team officiants.

Ceremony Questionnaire: In the months before your date, you’ll fill out a Ceremony Questionnaire so that we can personalize a ceremony for you. You can pick any readings that you want to include from my extensive Wedding Reading Ideas document, plus if you want to include a Mini Ceremony (like hand fasting, sand ceremony, wine box ceremony or any of many that I describe in my Mini Ceremony Ideas document), you are welcome to choose one and we’ll include it.

Ceremony Style: You can also let us know if there is a specific spiritual, non-spiritual or just meaningful style that you prefer, and we’ll weave that style throughout your ceremony.

Vow Adventure Kit: In your portal, you’ll find my PDF workbook that guides you to either pick from several example sets of pre-written, repeat-after-officiant vows, or if you want to write your own, there’s a great activity that facilitates you to do so.

Short & Sweet Personalization: In my Simple Beautiful Ceremony format, there is a short and sweet section where we guide you to remember three key moments from your relationship. You share three key moments in the Ceremony Questionnaire, and you’ll be guided to remember them just before your vows and ring exchange. It’s a powerful way to immerse in your connection as you head into the heart of your ceremony.

Ceremony Script Edits: Once we’ve personalized your ceremony, we’ll upload a copy to your online portal so you can read through and get even more excited for your day. You are welcome to make any simple edits of your own to the language in the script. OR, if you decide you want us to go into full detail about the three key moments in the script, or for us to share a fully customized love story during your ceremony, you can add that to your services (see the Optional Upgrades section farther down on this page).

Pre-Ceremony Connect Meet: Around 10 days before your ceremony, you’ll have a half-hour meeting with your Team Officiant to get to know each other, or if I’m the one available for your ceremony, we’ll have already had our meeting so we’re good to go!

Love Story Ceremony: Turn your Simple, Beautiful Ceremony into a Love Story Ceremony with this upgrade. We’ll have an additional meeting to discover together a more in-depth version of the three key moments in your Simple Beautiful Ceremony or to discover the focus of a fully-customized story that we’ll share during your ceremony - this is typically about an experience in your life together that really speaks to what you love about your connection, what you feel makes your relationship strong or the kind of life that you want to live together. The love story section of the ceremony is packed with meaning, while at the same time only adds about 5 minutes to your ceremony so that your ceremony is never too drawn out or long. This upgrade is $475.

Love Story Ceremony & Engagement-To-Marriage Journey: Includes the Love Story Ceremony upgrade, plus two pre-marital counseling sessions. I always tell my Journey couples that it’s what you reflect on in the months before your wedding that makes the day itself so powerful! This upgrade is $875.
