I wrote a very simple and sweet ceremony for Erin & Bobby that centered around the vows that they wrote for each other from scratch. They brought a wonderful group of loved ones with them, and there was so much meaningful connection. Plus they really dove into the spirit of having fun while taking photos. There aren’t a lot of logistics below about their day, but that’s because they wanted it that way!

Forest First Look
The most romantic moment ever when Bobby saw Erin in her dress for the first time. The amphitheater has so many cool little spots for a first look - we did theirs in a forest meadow nearby, plus they got to spend a little time together before the ceremony while taking photos.
Simple Processional
They chose the main staircase as their processional path, with Bobby walking first, then Erin with her father.
Two Meaningful Readings
They chose two different readings during their ceremony, and instead of having me read them, they had loved ones do the readings, which made those readings even more special.
They Wrote Their Own Vows
These two used my Vow Adventure Kit to write beautiful words written straight from the heart, which added another layer of depth and connection to the ceremony.
Casual Arrival
They walked into the amphitheater as a group, rather than a formal processional.
Intimate Ceremony On Stage
They had guests with them on stage for the ceremony - this keeps your experience intimate when you have a small group at the big amphitheater.
Hand Fasting
They did hand fasting - you can see pics if that’s of interest. It’s symbolic of your bond and is also a great opportunity to have guests participate by handing us the cord or ribbons used.
Four Witnesses!
In Colorado, you can have that many if you want!
Group Photos
As always, Sunrise Amphitheater is the perfect setting for tons of friend and family photos. I included a small sample of those below. Our photographers will take photos of all the various combinations of friends and family members that you want.
